Dean Kirby’s Creative  Flooring started as a business on Christmas eve
1997, with Dean working from home in Worcester Park. Only 6 months in the
turnover was good  but storage was becoming a problem, resulting in
signing  the lease  for new business premises  at 520 London Road, North
Cheam in Sept 1998, After considerable work the showroom was officially
opened on the 5th December 1998 by Sir Geoff Hurst MBE.

The showroom proceeded to be extremely busy so only a year after signing
its lease  a warehouse unit in Kiln Lane, Epsom  was also opened for
storage and trade sales .

Creative flooring has over the years worked very hard to keep up with all
the latest flooring ideas, whilst keeping  the traditional ones  running
alongside.

In 2003 a larger showroom at the rear of 538/540 London Road  became
available for lease  and just  a few months later the front part of the
premises also became vacant , Creative flooring  having transferred all
its business to this larger premises now boasts a large Karndean design
showroom, this being one of the largest displays of this product in
surrey, with all ranges on display .

This is matched by an extensive range of laminate woods together with tile
floorings, covering all the main market leading brands and more. It also
has a large range of  real wood timber floors, with prices ranging from
£20 m2 to bespoke ranges , most of the main branded woods are displayed
together with some more unusual ranges .

We have a selection of vinyl floorings as well as different types of
rubber floorings for both commercial and domestic purposes, In each area
of the showroom there are unusual ranges to compliment the more steady
user friendly floors.

The showroom also boasts a large carpet display , which has recently been
extended to include an extensive showroom displaying a large variety of
rugs for all budgets and includes the very popular football club rugs
along with 100% wool designer rugs suitable for all modern households.

The warehouse section of the  showroom carries a  carpet remnant display
and many job ranges of laminate and clearance woods sold in room size
bundles as available, The warehouse also boasts threshold door bar ranges
to match most floorings. It also stocks Underlay, adhesives, polishes,
cleaners and seals as required by the manufacturers  as guarantees of most
floor coverings.

Creative flooring  has its own sanding and finishing machines which  are
used by their fully qualified experienced  staff and have successfully
completed works at various Embassies, Palaces, Hotels ,schools , churches
, government and local councils together with numerous domestic and
residential properties in the south of  England  and further a field
